Maintenance Upgrade: Cloud Connector
SaaS Cloud Connectors will be upgraded to the latest version and unavailable during the maintenance window. The upgrade typically takes less than 30 minutes and may take longer in some environments. Once the upgrade is complete, you will now be able to access Cloud Connectors from the Exabeam Security Operations Platform home page (ie
.exabeam.cloud) with your e-mail/password or IdP identity. Lastly, SaaS Cloud Connector will continue processing data from where it left off and no data will be lost. Please reach out to support or your customer success representative if you would like to reschedule the upgrade up to 48 hours in advance.
